The North Fork

Enjoy the best of summer with a day in Greenport, a quaint waterfront village toward the very end of Long Island's North Fork. Begin with lunch at the Front Street Station Restaurant, followed by a cruise on the waters between the North and South Forks. Pass Shelter Island on the way to the "Bug" Lighthouse, where the Peconic River meets Gardiners Bay. The "Bug" is one of the rare offshore lighthouses that allow visitors. We'll disembark to explore the lighthouse!

Back on land, stroll Greenport, featuring boutiques and water views. Don't miss the Seaport Museum and The Fire Fighter, a floating museum dedicated to Maritime's bravest!
