"America's Orchestra," the one and only Boston Pops, celebrates its 133rd anniversary this summer at Tanglewood. There's no better way to spend a summer afternoon than enjoying a concert in the beautiful setting of the Berkshire Mountains. Audra McDonald is one of today's most celebrated singers, stage actors, and television stars. She is the winner of a record-breaking six Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards, and an Emmy Award. Along with the Boston Pops, Audra McDonald presents a program of songs ranging from standards by Sondheim, Rodgers, and Gershwin to the sounds of today's leading music theater composers. Before the performance we'll enjoy a delicious lunch in an idyllic setting at the exclusive Cranwell Resort nearby before enjoying the concert from our covered reserved seats in the Tanglewood shed.
