Madeira Wine Tasting and Manor Tour
Cancelled
Liberty Hall was commissioned by William Livingston, a signer of the US Constitution and the first governor of NJ, serving as his family’s home during the Revolutionary Era. During a recent restoration, a rare collection of 18th-century Madeira wine was discovered hidden in the manor’s cellar. This centuries-old find is a sensational and historic discovery!
While we won’t open any of the priceless, vintage bottles, we will sip three varieties of Madeira wine inside the Hall’s charming carriage house. Before the tasting, tour the house with your expert guide, with access inside the historic bedrooms, parlors and, of course, the wine cellar! Start the day with a three-course brunch at Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grill.
